Terms and conditions
- Customer must purchase complete removal and replacement of existing insulation throughout the qualifying house attic.
- The qualifying house attic must measure at least 1,750 square feet, excluding the garage attic, and must not be enclosed rafter bays.
- Free installation includes up to 500 square feet of R-30 blown-in insulation in the garage attic.
- Additional garage attic square footage beyond 500 square feet will be quoted separately.
- Attic ventilation baffles, insulation removal in the garage, air sealing, repairs, modifications, and other additional work are excluded.
- Garage attic must be safely accessible and suitable for installation.
- No cash value or substitution.
- Promotion must be requested before signing the insulation contract.
- Offer is subject to an on-site inspection and written approval from ReINSULATE LLC.

Is the garage insulation really free?
Yes. When you qualify, the garage attic insulation (up to 500 sq ft of R-30) is listed at $0 on your quote. We don’t raise the house price to cover it.
What if my house attic is under 1,750 sq ft?
You can still get a free estimate and a fair price on your attic. The free garage part of the offer just won’t apply.
What if my garage is bigger than 500 sq ft?
The first 500 sq ft is free. We’ll quote any extra footage separately so you know the exact cost up front.
Do I need to do anything to get the offer?
Just mention it before you sign. Daniel will confirm you qualify during the inspection and put it in writing.
